a. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all users and customers of the Website, as well as all users and customers who make online and/or offline payments through PISOPAY.COM INC. (hereinafter “Pisopay”)’s Payment Solution Services (hereinafter the “Payment Website”). Prior to conducting any transaction or payment via the Payment Website, you are strongly advised to carefully review these Terms and Conditions along with Pisopay’s Payment Website Terms and Conditions, which can be found at www.pisopay.com.ph
b. By making a payment through the Website and the Pisopay Payment Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Pisopay reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
c. You are responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms and Conditions to stay informed of your rights and obligations. Continued use of the Website and the Payment Website after any changes have been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
d. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, you must immediately cease all use of the Website and the Payment Website.

1.1. We use Pisopay for payments, orders, and delivery tracking, and we are not responsible for any transaction failures or delivery issues.
1.2. Before making a payment, please review Pisopay’s Terms (www.pisopay.com.ph). Using the Payment Website means you agree to both our Terms and Pisopay’s Terms.
1.3. Please check any card fees or over-the-counter payment charges in advance.
1.4. Credit/debit card information and personal data are handled solely by Pisopay. Make sure your information is accurate and keep a copy of your transaction slip or invoice.
1.5 The Payment Website is provided securely, but we are not liable for unauthorized access or hacking.
1,6 We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Website or Payment Website, or from circumstances beyond our control.
Articel 2. Content Information
2.1. We make every effort to provide accurate product information on the Website and Pisopay Payment Website, but accuracy and up-to-date information are not guaranteed.
2.2. Materials on the Website and Payment Website (including product info, images, stock, and pricing) are for reference only and may differ from the actual products.
2.3. Important facts should be verified before placing an order, and the reliability, accuracy, or usefulness of the information is not guaranteed.
2.4. If a product is not as described, the only remedy is to return it unused (excluding non-returnable items).
Articel 3. Pricing Policy
3.1. Prices on the Website and Pisopay Payment Website are in Philippine Peso and may not include taxes, payment fees, or delivery charges.
3.2. Unless otherwise stated, any accessories shown in any image of products are not included in the price.
3.3. Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier changes or market conditions.
3.4. Errors in pricing, product descriptions, or orders may occur, and the Company reserves the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order.
3.5. In the case of mispriced items, the Company may contact you for instructions or cancel your order, even if payment has already been processed.
Articel 4. Offer to Purchase
4.1. Items displayed on the Website are for advertising purposes only and represent goods available at stores/branches.
4.2. Clicking “Buy Now,” “Add to Cart,” “Process Payment,” or similar buttons constitutes a submission of a purchase offer, which the Company may accept or reject.

5.2 Identification Required for Delivery or Pickup

5.3. Additional Requirements for Authorized Representative
a. Signed authorization letter from the registered buyer and/or cardholder
b. Clear copy of the registered buyer and/or cardholder’s valid ID
c. Clear copy of the representative’s valid ID
Articel 6. Order Submission and Processing Procedure.
6.1. Order processing time: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Manila Time). Orders placed after cut-off will be processed on the next business day.
6.2. For third-party/overseas card payments, additional documents are required: cardholder’s authorization letter, cardholder ID, and recipient ID.
6.3. International credit card use requires a valid international ID.
6.4. Additional information or documents may be requested before order confirmation (submission deadline: within 7 days from the order date).
6.5. Orders may be refused or canceled due to reasons such as single-customer purchase limits.
6.6. A confirmation email will be sent once verification is completed.
6.7. Products are generally available within 24 hours after order acceptance. If out of stock, the customer will be notified and may cancel the order.
Articel 7. Order Acceptance.
7.1. We may refuse or cancel orders for various reasons, including stock limitations, product/price errors, or credit and fraud issues.
7.2. Additional information (e.g., phone number, address) may be requested for order approval.
7.3. If an order is canceled, the payment will be refunded to the card or payment account.
7.4. Stock information is based on the latest updates and may change; if a product is unavailable, you will be notified by phone or email.
7.5. Refunds are generally not provided for simple change of mind, wrong selection, or finding a lower price elsewhere, so please review your order carefully before purchase.
Articel 8. Payment
8.1. Payments via the Pisopay Payment Website can be made using credit/debit cards, eMoney accounts, online bank transfers, or OTC (cash payments).
8.2. OTC payments will be automatically canceled if the reference number confirmation is not received within 2 days.
8.3. We and Pisopay are not responsible for any loss resulting from incorrect shipping/payment information or remittance errors.
8.4. Transactions may be suspended or canceled pending verification of the customer’s authorization to use a particular payment method.
8.5. No claims can be made for errors, disruptions, or failures related to any payment method.
8.6. We and Pisopay reserve the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue any payment method without prior notice.
Articel 9. Payment Refund
9.1. Refunds will be made to the original payer using the original payment method.
9.2. For OTC payments, refunds can be made via bank transfer or check pick-up at the designated branch, provided accurate bank account information is supplied.
9.3. Refund amounts will be deducted by any payment, handling, and shipping fees incurred.
9.4. Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider, and refunds are only processed upon acceptance of a valid return.
9.5. We reserve the right to modify the refund process at any time without prior notice.
Articel 10. Delivery and Pick up
10.1. Delivery is handled by the company, its affiliates, or third-party providers to the address specified in the order.
10.2. Shipping and packing fees are based on the order.
10.3. Estimated delivery times:
a. Metro Manila: 1–3 working days
b. Luzon: 5–7 working days
c. Visayas & Mindanao: 8–13 working days
10.4. A confirmation letter and valid ID are required upon delivery or pickup.
10.5. In the absence of the customer, an authorized representative with a signed authorization letter and relevant ID copies can receive the product.
10.6. Products will not be released if the above requirements are not met.
10.7. Delivery may fail due to recipient absence or incorrect/incomplete address. Additional delivery fees may apply for failed attempts; after three failed attempts, the transaction is canceled and fees are forfeited.
10.8. Product availability is subject to stock; delivery times are estimates and may be delayed.
10.9. In case of delayed delivery, customers will be notified by email. If the customer does not notify within 3 days of the projected delivery date, the product is deemed received.
Articel 11. Order Cancellation
11.1. Orders may be cancelled due to force majeure, stock shortages, system errors, or non-compliance with order requirements.
11.2. Customers will be notified via email, and only an authorized company representative can process refunds.
11.3. To cancel an order, check the Pisopay payment notification, track your order, and if the product is not in transit, click “Cancel your Order.”
11.4. Cancellation confirmation will be sent via email; any transaction fees incurred are non-refundable.
11.5. If the product becomes unavailable, the company may stop in-transit deliveries, suspend further shipments, and/or terminate the customer contract immediately.
Articel 12. Return and Exchange
12.1. Returns or exchanges due to change of mind are not allowed; only defective products can be returned or exchanged.
12.2. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt via email or phone. Reports after 7 days will be investigated, but exchanges are subject to the manufacturer’s decision.
12.3. Returned items must be in original condition, shipped prepaid, insured for the full purchase price, and include the original sales invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Articel 13. Product Warranty
13.1. Keep the official sales invoice for warranty purposes.

Articel 14. Limitation of Liability
14.1. Not liable for losses caused by system errors, server issues, transmission delays, viruses, or similar issues.
14.2. Any misunderstandings, damage, costs, or losses from using the website are entirely the user’s responsibility.
14.3. No liability for outcomes resulting from actions taken by the user based on materials on the Website or Pisopay Payment Website.

15.1. Either you or the company may terminate the agreement; upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Website and Pisopay Payment Website.
