All items claimed for warranty must be accompanied with a proof of purchase (warranty receipt / sales invoice, etc.). Without any proof of purchase, NO WARRANTY RECEIPT / NO EXCHANGE of items.
- NO WARRANTY if the following is/are found in the items:
Product has been mishandled, abused, modified or altered, neglected, improperly integrated, void warranty sticker, physical damage/ breakage. (burnt, dent, cracked).
Reservation of items can be made provided that they pay for at least 30% of the total items to be purchased which will be valid for 1 WEEK. If a sudden price increase or decrease occur within the reservation period, ORIGINAL PRICE upon reservation will be imposed. Reserved items that lapsed for MORE THAN 1 WEEK will be automatically be CANCELED and a cancellation fee of 5% will be imposed.
All items has an ALLOWABLE WARRANTY REPLACEMENT (Outright Replacement). Change item for USED and BRAND NEW can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase (excluding Sundays). If a sudden PRICE DROP occurred within the 7-day period, PRICE of the item purchased will be based on the CURRENT MARKET PRICE. If a PRICE INCREASE occurred, computation will be based on the ACTUAL AMOUNT PURCHASED.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
All items covered by warranty but lapsed the ALLOWABLE WARRANTY REPLACEMENT period will be PULLED-OUT and sent back to the supplier/ manufacturer for warranty claims. Pulled out items can be claimed with the maximum of 20 days upon receipt.
If the defective items under the ALLOWABLE WARRANTY REPLACEMENT period has NO STOCK, customers can upgrade provided that they will pay for the upgraded amount and the warranty period will be that of the first transaction.
Unclaimed items within 30 days shall have a storage fee of five percent (5%) per month from the actual amount of the item/s.

sir this set-up is not advisable to be over clock to it's limit speed of cpu frequency
333mhz if you do so it may damage your motherboard, this board po kasi design
with this speed only the manual has noted: CPU frequency(333mhz) users can not
make any change to this items please noted that the frequency will be varied with

good day mr. garcia this is dyan, sir yes po you can upgrade po the memory up to 4 gb
pc800 just add lang po php1,580 for another 2gb ddr2 pc800 and for the video card the unit naman po can
support up to 1 gb video card as of now po kasi the most highest video card we have is 512mb 8400gs which
also supported naman po high programs and video graphics and high requirements for gamings, i think this
video card is enought po for your PC requirements, but if you do so need to have much higher than this video
card we can less po one item in the brandnew unit so i suggest if you strongly want much higher capacity of
video card just deduct our video card 512mb and we can less the amount of the video card which is php1,500

Item is nice but I wish there was a user manual on how to control fan settings. I notice that only 1 fan
is running and I am always in the red level. Is there a problem?

the fan which you can adjust directly by putting it in the maximum level for the
fan, and it has also 3 botton control down in the lcd display in front of the case
