How do I pay?

Online customers or provincial customers shall pay through our bank accounts or money transfer accounts. Walk-in customers may pay either cash or cards (credit or debit cards).Please refer to the payment method for further details.

How do you confirm my payment?

After the customer made the payment he/she shall inform the reference code or payment proof through the given e-mail or mobile number, then our customer service will assist you back.

Do you accept credit card or debit card? Do you have installment?

Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards applicable for walk-in clients only. We also offer (3) Months, (6) Months and (12) Months terms of paymet to all Metrobank and BDO credit card holders. Refer to payment method to know more.

There are three ways to reach our customer service.
The "OP Call Service". If you want to talk to one of our customer service and you want it urgently, you just have to click the OP Call Service icon and post your concerns or inquiries and your contact number and our customer service will be the one call you.
The "Customer Service". If you want to receive an email regarding with your inquiry and concerns. Just go to Customer Service (at the bottom part of the website) and fill-up the details then submit the form. You will receive an email from our customer service within 24 hours.
Through phone and mobile numbers. Click the "CONTACT US" from the top menu and you may call us through thegiven numbers for faster transaction. Available 10:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Saturday.

How to track my order/s?

To track your order/s, click the "ORDER STATUS" then put your order number in the order tracking box then submit. After that you are able to see the status of your order/s.
